The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is renowned for excellence in research and teaching, with strong international collaborations. It is one of Germany's three Universities of Excellence. As part of its expansion at the TUM Campus Heilbronn, TUM's CIT is seeking to fill positions for Team Assistants (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date, either full-time (100%) or part-time (minimum 50%).

Responsibilities
  1. Independently carry out administrative activities related to chair administration.
  2. Support the management of third-party funded projects and monitor budgets.
  3. Assist in organizing and processing study and examination matters.
  4. Coordinate with the chair's student and research assistants.
  5. Handle travel arrangements and invoice preparations.
  6. Organize and support events such as conferences and workshops.
Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative processes, preferably within the university sector, or have completed commercial training. They should be meticulous, service-oriented, structured, and efficient, with a team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, and good command of written and spoken German and English are required. Flexibility, good communication skills with international staff and students, and a willingness to contribute to the development of our new institute are essential.
