Job Mission

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager – Residential Batteries (m/f/d) to lead the go-to-market strategy and positioning for Tibber’s battery solutions. This role involves bridging marketing, product, and sales to ensure our battery offerings are well-positioned, clearly communicated, and aligned with our energy vision. The ideal candidate is strategic, customer-focused, skilled in storytelling, and knowledgeable about energy and battery storage.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for residential batteries, ensuring successful launches and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Brand, Sales, and Customer Support teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Create engaging content across various channels (website, app, emails, social media, webinars) to educate and excite customers about our batteries.
  • Support sales with training materials, competitive insights, and communication tools to highlight the benefits of residential batteries.
  • Conduct market research, analyze performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts to enhance product adoption.
Ideal Profile
  • Over 5 years of experience in product or growth marketing, preferably within energy, tech, or hardware sectors.
  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics and customer feedback for decision-making.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams, designers, engineers, and sales.
  • Passionate about sustainability and the future of energy.
