Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive the DCM change process, including evaluating change requests and executing specific product changes until implementation and verification. The main tasks include:

  • Leading the evaluation and implementation of complex product changes involving multiple departments
  • Creating and monitoring a timeline, including resource planning
  • Aligning with Procurement, Production Planning, and Quality teams
  • Reporting on implementation status to management and committees
  • Supporting decision-making within Change Management frameworks
  • Participating in the development of change processes

Candidates should have an engineering or economic degree, with experience in change or project management in a technical environment. Additionally, the following skills are desired:

  • Excellent communication, motivation, and commitment
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills across functions
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
