Position: Chapter Lead and Product Manager for SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management in Master Data Management (Governance) domain

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain expert knowledge in Master Data Management and provide authoritative advice.
2. Design and develop the roadmap for S/4 HANA Digital Core solutions, overseeing delivery and integration with peripheral systems.
3. Promote best practices in Master Data Governance and support organizational process building.
4. Assess emerging technologies for potential impacts, threats, and opportunities.
5. Develop lean solution architectures, review data and software models for security and scalability.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, process alignment, and technology development.
7. Recruit, allocate resources, and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

1. Operational experience with SAP S/4 HANA MDM, including core data objects like Retail Article Master, Business Partner, etc.
2. Strong understanding of SAP X-functional master data management processes.
3. Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or fashion industries.
4. Proven experience in functional consulting with a process-oriented approach.
5. Experience in product-led solution environments.
6. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
