Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels and external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
• Contribute to building EPAM's overall Data & Analytics offerings and go-to-market strategies, focusing on Financial Services and Banking clients' key strategic issues
• Ensure compliance with data-related laws and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting the organization's reputation
• Advise clients on their Data & Analytics strategy and implementations, working with local and global teams
• Help clients optimize existing Data & Analytics projects by identifying suitable solutions and services based on their needs and strategies
• Collaborate with project and program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
• Lead research, strategy creation, and sponsor development of new Data & Analytics products or services to expand markets and grow revenue

Requirements

• Expertise in big data architecture, technologies, and data delivery management
• Strong knowledge of key technologies: Informatica, Oracle, DWH, Big Data, Spark, Scala, HDFS, Kafka, Cloudera, ETL/ELT
• Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, data cataloging, data migration, and data mesh
• Proficiency in cloud migration, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Extensive experience in developing and growing client relationships
• Ability to operate strategically while adding value at the detail level
• Experience working with delivery teams
• Confident in expressing viewpoints, making recommendations, and presenting analyses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
