Job Description:

We're looking for German speaking Customer Support agents to join our growing team in Sofia! If you're ready to kick-start or grow your career in an international environment — we want to hear from you.

Join Our Team in Sofia – Customer Support in German
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site Only)
Shifts: Choose from
• 10:00–19:00
• 12:00–21:00 (late shift)
• 17:00–02:00 (night shift – includes additional payment & transport)
Students Welcome!
Contract: Part-Time & Full-Time options available

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide top-notch email & chat support (95% written communication)
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain quality and professionalism, even during high-volume periods

Training & Support:

  • 2 weeks full training (standard hours)
  • 1 week nesting (17:00–01:00)
  • Paid training & additional compensation for night hours
  • Comprehensive onboarding to help you succeed from day one

Who Can Apply:

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
  • EU citizens or candidates with a valid Bulgarian work permit
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Available for on-site work in Sofia (this is not a remote position)
  • Students are welcome (flexible hours and support provided!)
