Your role in our team

• You support and monitor the logistics system at the customer’s site
• You assist in daily processes, continuous weak point analysis, and ongoing optimization through improvements
• You coordinate and execute maintenance and repairs
• You ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• You develop, manage, and optimize service and maintenance processes
• You organize interviews and employee discussions

You are a good fit with us if you have

• A completed technical education, e.g., electronics technician, industrial electrician, mechanic, metalworker, combined with a Meister/Technician qualification (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, a technical degree, e.g., industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Relevant professional experience, ideally in automated systems and machinery
• Experience in budget planning and cost development
• Verifiable leadership experience, along with strong social skills and organizational ability
• Excellent English skills (advantageous)
• A high degree of loyalty, and independent and responsible working style
