Jobbeschreibung

Doctolib is looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. You will be a key player in achieving our ambitious hiring goals while helping us reshape the way we work and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with Engineering & Product leaders to ensure hiring excellence and attract top talent.

What you'll do
  1. Recruit top tech talents critical to delivering an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
  2. Drive our TA Tech teams' talent attraction strategies, from sourcing to closing.
  3. Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, and closing.
  4. Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent.
  5. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking, Boolean searches, and leveraging traditional and innovative sourcing channels.
  6. Conduct expectation-setting conversations and leverage data to be a strategic talent partner to tech leaders.
  7. Advocate for candidates to ensure the best candidate experience.
  8. Enhance recruitment operational excellence by leveraging tools to improve metrics such as quality of hire, candidate experience, and time to hire.
Who you are
  1. At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
  2. Experience working with a high-growth staff plan in a KPI-driven environment.
  3. Proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision.
  5. Experience collaborating with and influencing tech and product leaders.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-first approach.
  7. User-first attitude with the ability to listen to and understand stakeholder needs and perspectives.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare.
  9. Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus.
