This is a remote position.

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and React to join our remote team. You’ll work across the stack—designing responsive UIs and building scalable APIs—to bring powerful digital experiences to life.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails (back-end) and React (front-end).
• Adapt quickly and effectively to a mature, existing codebase.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical insights in a clear, professional manner.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Review code, suggest improvements, and contribute to technical discussions.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, especially with Ruby on Rails.
• Expertise in React.js and Ruby on Rails.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and version control.
