Responsibilities

1. Lead the definition and implementation of governance structures within the ServiceNow ecosystem to enhance efficiency and compliance.
2. Collaborate with architects, development teams, and upper management to provide strategic and technical guidance on ServiceNow and other platforms.
3. Make key architectural decisions and establish IT governance policies focusing on performance, security, and scalability, leading the Architecture Board.
4. Manage ongoing architectural improvements and ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other platforms for end-to-end interoperability.
5. Serve as the primary contact for high-level architectural proposals, including design documentation and architecture blueprints.
6. Mentor and coach internal ServiceNow experts to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations and enterprise-level architectural design.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM) and integration experience with systems like Salesforce.
• Proven leadership in architectural topics within implementation projects, familiar with architecture frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and API integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.

Personal Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Compensation and Benefits

The gross annual salary starts at €117,000 for a 40-hour week, with potential bonuses and benefits including pension plans, flexible work arrangements, health and sports activities, childcare services, employee discounts, creative space, and social counseling.
