Livin Farms empowers food companies to upcycle low-value organic waste into high-value insect ingredients. We do this through two main services: building scalable, modular automated insect factories on customer sites to utilize their food by-products, and providing seedlings to convert bio waste into insect products. Our farming-as-a-service model helps our clients supply insect products to the animal feed market, addressing the significant protein gap across industries.
As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee all daily operations of LIVIN farms. You will work closely with teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability, providing guidance to meet company goals. You will participate actively in strategic planning and daily operations.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics, a solid leadership track record in an industrial or consulting environment, experience with change management, strong project management skills, and fluency in German and English. Candidates should be located in the EU or willing to travel to our HQ in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
