Your responsibilities

• Lead high-priority projects or programs demonstrating excellence in scope, time, budget, risk, quality, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Set up and execute successful projects using operational excellence, agile, and classical project management frameworks.
• Drive projects and process optimizations for value streams and end-to-end processes.
• Lead projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate decision-making and root cause analysis at operational and senior management levels.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and manage stakeholders at all levels, including board members.
• Develop an understanding of business areas and value streams within Uniper, building trustful relationships.
• Promote operational excellence in assigned business areas in collaboration with leadership and experts.
• Serve as a role model and mentor for operational excellence project management and team members.

Your profile

• Over 8 years of project management experience with successful high-complexity improvement and transformation projects.
• Experience in strategy implementation, performance improvement, organizational restructuring, compliance, etc.
• Knowledge of Change Management (e.g., ADKAR) and embedding it in projects.
• Proficiency with DMAIC, agile, and traditional project management methods; industry certifications preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital technologies (e.g., AI) and identifying deployment opportunities.
• Strong management consultancy skills, including team formation, workshop moderation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of messaging from operational to Board level.
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments with digital tools like Teams, PowerBI, Power Automate, Mural; open to exploring AI applications.
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude with resilience to stress and volatile workloads.
• Experience in the energy industry is preferred.
• Interest in mentoring and developing others, including project managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
