About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager for Staycity Dresden. In this role, you will work with a dedicated team to ensure seamless operations across our aparthotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences and motivating your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams
2. Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
4. Oversee F&B service quality
5. Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads on operational strategies
6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
7. Train and develop team members and HODs
8. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the lifestyle hotel or aparthotel sector
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of Front Office and F&B operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Opera hotel management software and Microsoft Office
