Your role

As a Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code, lead validation for all testing types, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements through outsourced staff.
  • Support customer technical needs and update skills profiles with relevant technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years troubleshooting experience in IT retail or tech support roles, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP call quality issues, networking (Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP), Windows Server, Active Directory, Session Border Controllers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Teams voice calling plans, and enterprise UC solutions.
  • Ability to analyze network data using Wireshark or Fiddler and communicate technical issues effectively.

Desirable Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Support Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer

Preferred Skills

  • VoIP troubleshooting, network technology expertise, extensive Windows OS experience, strong customer-facing support skills.

Non-negotiable Skills

  • German Language (C1 level), willingness to travel and interface with clients.
