Position: Senior Inventory Planner (m/f/x)

We are seeking a Senior Inventory Planner with a sharp analytical mindset and a strong sense of operational excellence to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations team. In this role, you will be a key driver of data-informed inventory decisions, own and evolve large-scale forecast models, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve sourcing efficiency and inventory health.

Your Tasks

• Lead internal performance measurement and management initiatives by iterating the inventory steering framework.
• Support team members with reports and dashboards, and conduct in-depth analyses.
• Own the forecast model for hundreds of thousands of products across demand, sell-out, and sell-in.
• Conduct proactive analyses to identify improvement potential in ordering policies.
• Implement automations to enhance process efficiency in sourcing and inventory evaluation.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and category management teams to provide recommendations and identify root causes of inventory issues.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python or R.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce business models and operational levers such as procurement, supplier performance, and cash management.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage projects end-to-end and communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
