This role offers an opportunity to shape healthcare concepts in prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring quality care during and after clinic stays regardless of location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four data analysts, fostering growth and continuous learning.
• Provide guidance to your team and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Use data insights to identify and drive initiatives to improve business outcomes.
• Design and evaluate new data architectures for complex analysis.
• Maintain and improve automation and pipeline design.
• Develop dashboards and analyses for decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across departments.

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proactive problem solver with solutions-oriented mindset.
• Committed to team happiness and development.
• Degree or education in data analysis or related field (informatics, maths, science, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Motivated, fast learner with excellent communication skills.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.

Additional preferred experience:

• German healthcare sector familiarity.
• German language skills (English working language).
• ELT/ETL processes (DBT preferred).
• Predictive modeling, A/B testing, product analytics, Python, Git, ML, and Data Science.
