In this role, you will be part of our Mobile Device Management team, ensuring the optimal functionality and high availability of E.ON Device Management. You will manage and improve the service for over 40,000 mobile devices, supporting internal processes and collaborating directly with users.

Meaningful & Challenging – Your Tasks

• Plan, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for mobile device management across the E.ON Group.
• Develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and workflows to ensure security, compliance, and performance.
• Configure device profiles, manage apps, set up conditional access, and enforce policies for corporate resource access and compliance.
• Provide third-level support, including root cause analysis, in collaboration with Microsoft, device manufacturers, and for specialized devices.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize Intune infrastructure, testing to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and stakeholders to integrate Intune solutions with enterprise systems, ensuring they meet business needs and addressing new challenges.

Authentic & Ambitious – Your Profile

• A strong affinity for IT and customer-centric mindset.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Intune solutions for mobile devices.
• Extensive knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), including large environments, app management, compliance, security, and VPN scenarios.
• Proven troubleshooting skills at the third level, with the ability to escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Innovative thinking and continuous optimization of the Intune infrastructure.
• Expertise in Microsoft Defender for endpoint security and compliance.
