Requirements

For L2:

  • 3+ years of IT support (helpdesk, onsite or field service)
  • Know-how in Hardware/Software Support (Windows, macOS, Mobile Devices)
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)

For L3:

  • 5+ years in enterprise IT support (SCCM, Intune, network troubleshooting)
  • Certificates such as A+, Server+ or OEM (Dell/HP/Lenovo)
  • Passion for process optimization and knowledge transfer

Additional Requirements
  • Key Responsibilities: Support remote sites in and around the Region. Assist other HPIT teams as needed and attend operational meetings. Maintain and update existing network infrastructure LAN and Voice MACD knowledge/skills. Troubleshoot, repair, and install network equipment (switches, cables). Manage inventory of hardware, parts, and loaner equipment. Set up new PCs, perform system re-imaging, and end-user data transfer.
  • Requirements: Advanced Windows OS knowledge (Mac/Linux a plus). High level of English & local language. Relevant work experience from 2 to 5 years. Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel.
