About the role

We're seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Director of Finance to oversee our financial operations and lead strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing accounting functions (AP & AR), global consolidation, budgeting, reporting to investors, and treasury. With operations in three global markets, your international expertise will be vital. You will lead a team of two FTEs to support these efforts.

Key responsibilities

1. Entrepreneurial leadership: Manage broad accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
2. Financial closing: Facilitate month-end closing processes ensuring timely financial reporting.
3. Strategic projects: Drive impactful projects, such as deploying new software and systems.
4. Financial reporting: Lead the development of global consolidated financial reports.
5. Investor relations: Collaborate with the executive team to prepare investor reports.
6. Tax coordination: Oversee tax planning and compliance with support from external advisors globally.
