Your Contribution

• You motivate and inspire your team by supporting and promoting their professional and personal development.
• You plan, monitor, and control testing projects, manage resources effectively, and prioritize tasks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• You communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to report progress, issues, and provide constructive feedback.
• You analyze data, identify trends in test results and product quality, and draw conclusions to improve software quality continuously.

What you bring along

• Deep understanding of software development processes, QA methodologies, testing strategies, and frameworks (preferably ISTQB certified).
• Experience with test automation tools and scripts (e.g., Eggplant, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and familiarity with defect and test case management systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong leadership qualities, including hiring, training, evaluating employee performance, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to continuously educate yourself and stay updated with technology and best practices, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Fluency in both German and English.
