Responsibilities:
- Be a sparring partner for the C-Level in Operations / Growth and work closely with them on strategic projects. Join relevant meetings to understand how a blitzscaling company operates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock, unlock, and drive change, ensuring the organization exceeds targets and stays on track for key initiatives.
- Manage a diverse set of problems, including end-to-end project management on top business priorities.
- Create data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets.
- Recruit and retain key talent, supporting hiring, onboarding, and process setup for key positions including C-level, VP, and Director roles.
- Lead and execute key strategic projects, helping to define the overall company strategy with a focus on projects with critical impact.
Minimum Requirements:
- Successfully completed your studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, business operations in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Reliability, accuracy, and independence in your work.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English.
