The Role
Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with life science industry experience in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs to drive customer success with our Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products in Europe. This role will support software product management, specialising in Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing applications.
As part of the European and global Product Expert teams, your experience will play a key role in the Product organization. You will advocate the voice of the customer, using industry knowledge and experience with European/ROW regulations to shape the product roadmap to support regulatory document management, submission planning & tracking, electronic submissions publishing (eCTD and non-eCTD), and submission archive and viewing. Product Experts represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events. To realize the value of our product innovations, you will be creating valuable resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about RIM systems and processes, eager to collaborate with customers, and excited to drive their success.
