Clients are supported by our headquarters in Switzerland, by our subsidiaries in Germany, the USA, Spain, France, and Australia, as well as by our partner network worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Controller / (Senior) Finance Specialist to strengthen our team. This position will play an important role in supporting our organization’s growth by business partnering with our project teams, enhancing our controlling framework from a process and system perspective, and assuming responsibility in various topics across the organization. The position is based in Berlin.

Tasks

1. Project Controlling: Collaborate with project teams and implement strategic and operational measures to meet financial and operational goals.
2. Reporting: Take ownership of continuous and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
3. ERP-Implementation: Assist in establishing end-to-end processes and creating a standardized Data Model across all entities for an ERP implementation in 2025.
4. Budgeting: Play a key role in budget realization across the organization.
5. Continuous Improvement: Convert data into actionable insights and drive improvements.

Requirements

1. Successfully completed studies focusing on finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Strong background in scale-ups, start-ups, consulting, M&A, or other fast-paced environments.
3. Extensive experience working with financial and non-financial data points.
4. Hands-on mentality with the drive to see initiatives through.
5. A positive mindset.
6. Experience in ERP implementation is a plus.
7. Effective communication skills in English are required; German is a plus.
