Job Description:

We're looking for our firstfounding sales hire, a scrappy, sharp, and ambitious GTM builder who’s excited to create the system that drives our first $1M+ in ARR.

This is not a “just book meetings” job. You’ll own the funnel end-to-end: lead gen, outreach, qualification, demo, close, and post-sale handoff. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team. You’ll be the voice in the market and the feedback loop into product.

• 3–6 years experience in early-stage SaaS sales, ideally in API-based or platform products
• Comfortable selling to both technical teams (devs, PMs) and business leaders (sales, ops, HR)
• Fluent in outbound and sales tools: Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, SalesNav, etc.
• Can confidently explain LLMs, APIs, or conversational AI
• You know how to sell value, not just features, and you ask for the close
• You move fast, think like a founder, and bring energy to the chase
• Obsessed with improvement, ownership, and beating your own best

Your Responsibilities

• Build and run our entire sales engine from scratch: inbound, outbound, and partnerships
• Lead generation: Define ICPs, source leads (inbound & outbound), build automations, qualify fast
• Outreach & positioning: Personalize at scale, iterate copy, and experiment with outbound campaigns with smart targeting and creative tactics
• Demo & deal flow: Book and run product demos (API + platform), handle objections, and move fast to close
• Pipeline strategy: Build and manage pipeline in our CRM, score leads, track conversion
• Early GTM playbook: Help us scale what works and kill what doesn’t
• Experimentation: Test channels, scripts, formats, track what moves the needle
• Voice of the customer: Feed insights back to product and marketing
• Revenue: You’ll be on the frontlines of getting us to our first $1M+ ARR target
