The department "Digital & Employee Communications" adopts an integrated, topic-oriented approach, targeting internal and external audiences through various channels including events, social media, and digital content platforms.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with corporate goals, ensuring impactful messaging across channels.
  2. Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor integrated communication campaigns using paid and organic social media and other distribution methods.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and audience insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  4. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging messaging tailored to target demographics.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment, and consult with communication experts and social media account managers.
  6. Platform Management: Manage DHL’s global social media business and ad accounts.
  7. Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Profile
Professional Requirements
  • University degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and corporate communications.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication trends.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
