We are looking for a Sales Engineer to work on the Prisma Access GTM team. This position will report to our regional leader in GTM and offers a great opportunity for a talented individual interested in joining a fast-growing company in an international environment.

Your Impact

This role requires a candidate with a strong technical and sales background who proactively drives results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, flexible, possesses high integrity, and is action- and goal-oriented within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  1. Deep experience in one or more of the following areas:
  2. Networking and Network Security (Firewall, Proxy, etc.)
  3. Host Protection (EDR / EPP)
  4. Identity Management
  5. Data Leakage Prevention
  6. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  7. Excellent presentation and creative skills

Your Experience

  1. Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for at least 3 years (Level 1) or 6 years (Level 2)
  2. Track record of selling complex cybersecurity enterprise solutions
  3. Owns relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their goals
  4. Builds customer success stories and case studies following defined methodologies
  5. Works closely with Product and R&D teams to represent customer needs and ensure deliverables meet requirements
  6. Success-driven and able to creatively explain complex concepts simply
  7. Performs first-level support and triage of technical issues, creating detailed tickets
  8. Fluent in report updates, Salesforce, and data-driven decision-making
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach
  10. Willing to travel extensively
  11. Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  12. BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy background

Job Description and Responsibilities

  1. Technical Support:
  2. Provide expert support and resolve issues
  3. Assist customers with product usage and inquiries
  1. Pre-Sales Support and PoC:
  2. Identify customer needs and offer technical solutions
  3. Conduct presentations, demos, and manage PoC projects
  4. Build strong technical relationships with customers
  5. Guide customers to appropriate support channels for non-technical issues
  6. Gather and communicate customer feedback to R&D and product teams
  7. Collaborate internally to resolve technical challenges
  1. Product Knowledge and Training:
  2. Maintain product knowledge and provide training to customers and staff
  3. Serve as a technical resource for the team
  1. Project Management:
  2. Ensure successful implementation and configuration of solutions
