As (Senior) AI Project Manager, you will develop customized AI solutions jointly with clients. You will support large corporations in realizing their AI ambitions by interacting regularly with clients to understand and clarify their needs, and assist in solving strategic and operational issues. You will work with a team of data scientists and data engineers, and support leadership in scaling up NewNow, including sales, recruiting, and strategic planning.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deliver transformative customized AI solutions to help clients achieve market success.
• Manage client projects from kick-off to deployment, defining workstreams, identifying tools, and steering analysis to create insights while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to meet client goals efficiently.
• Translate data into meaningful insights, brainstorm solutions, and generate actionable recommendations.
• Lead client communication, maintain relationships, and understand client needs to resolve strategic and operational issues.
• Manage meetings and deliver clear presentations to clients and project teams.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing client expectations.
• Contribute to shaping and scaling the company by supporting sales, recruiting, and internal process development.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital, with a proven record of outperformance.
• Top of your class at a renowned university in business, finance, or related fields.
• Experience working in teams, managing colleagues, and interacting with clients.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently on small tasks and deal with ambiguity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to impact company growth.
• Experience in marketing, sales, data & analytics; knowledge of Python/R and visualization tools is a plus.
• Located in Frankfurt or Berlin preferred; remote work flexibility available.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for retreats and team events.
