Senior Business Development EMEA

About the role: In this Senior Business Development role, you will focus on prospecting and executing outreach and go-to-market strategies within your designated accounts. You will operate with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, driving interactions, and building relationships.

Your goal is to build a solid and sustainable sales pipeline across Blue Yonder’s leading portfolio and platform.

You will work closely with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Industry Strategy, and Solution Advisory, being part of a motivated EMEA Business Development team.

How will you contribute and drive success?
  • Building and owning outreach plans and strategies for target accounts
  • Staying updated on industry trends to effectively position Blue Yonder
  • Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, events, and ABM activities
  • Engaging target accounts proactively using various tools
  • Qualifying and discovering client requirements, leading presentations with senior audiences
  • Building internal and external relationships
  • Participating in event planning and follow-up to generate new opportunities
  • Maintaining motivation, focus, and agility, seeking guidance when needed
