We are currently looking for a Client Relationship Team Lead to oversee our program delivery and its requirements related to TRICARE in Germany. This key position will assume overall management responsibility for the delivery of client/government stakeholder collaboration and relationship management by ensuring contract execution, performance standards, and goals are achieved. This individual will be the lead for our business in Germany for any TRICARE Overseas Program policy-related questions on local client/provider management and local service delivery. They will lead, direct, and manage all client relationship activities in-country to ensure full Military Treatment Facility participation, program execution, and satisfaction.

This role can be located in our office in Neu-Isenberg or remotely, with frequent travel to Military Treatment Facilities, military bases, and other dedicated site locations. Domestic travel will be up to 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, direct, and manage the assigned TRICARE Overseas Program Client Relationship team, ensuring full Military Treatment Facility or Military Unit participation, beneficiary enrollment, program execution, and satisfaction.
2. Serve as the principal local point of contact for all stakeholders, responsible for client management and program oversight.
3. Analyze execution to evaluate performance of country operations and staff, identifying areas for cost reduction, optimization, or policy change.
4. Act as a spokesperson to government client stakeholders and stay informed of internal projects and actions impacting the client relationship.
5. Lead and collaborate in regular formal client program updates.
6. Plan and implement objectives, processes, and activities to ensure ongoing operations, including contingency planning.
7. Oversee or collaborate on local operational execution and issue resolution, including the implementation of corrective actions.
8. Interpret and explain policies, rules, regulations, or laws to organizations, government, or corporate officials.
9. Prepare or present reports on activities, government statutes, or other items affecting business or program services in Germany.
10. Conduct studies or research on issues affecting responsibilities, both tactical and strategic.
11. Develop and execute an engagement strategy for Germany aligned with strategic initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
12. Serve as the primary escalation point for contractual and policy guidance for all staff involved in TOP service delivery management.
13. Oversee government audit reviews at designated locations, ensuring quality and successful outcomes.
14. Monitor contract performance, initiatives, and data analytics related to Germany.
15. Implement and oversee local program education and communication initiatives for TOP providers and government stakeholders.
16. Coordinate execution of tasks impacting Military Treatment Facilities or military units through in-country personnel.
17. Maintain and strengthen relationships with Military Treatment Facility leadership and other military and host nation stakeholders.

About You

• Strong senior-level client-facing experience with excellent communication and influence skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Successful track record in leading, coaching, and developing client-facing teams.
• Evidence of leadership roles and successful project delivery.
• Experience managing large projects and budgets is a plus.
• Prior experience with government contracts is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent English skills (oral and written).
• Native or highly proficient in German.
