Your Tasks :

  1. Strategic Leadership : Lead the Americas Regional Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global objectives to drive business growth.
  2. Team Development & Leadership : Mentor and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and motivation to excel. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diversity and innovation.
  3. Business & Financial Management : Oversee sales activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective measures.
  4. Market Strategy & Execution : Develop and manage regional and country-specific strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Optimize product life cycles to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration : Facilitate cooperation between sales and other business units, including marketing, product development, and operations, ensuring alignment on business goals.
  6. Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary contact for key sales partners. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors, management, and external partners, to drive success.
  7. Due Diligence & Reporting : Lead due diligence processes for the region, ensuring accurate reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning.

Your Profile :

  1. Educational Background : Diploma or master’s in Business, Management, Economics, Law, or a related field. A scientific background with relevant business experience is also considered.
  2. Professional Experience : Proven senior sales management experience, ideally in a global pharmaceutical company. Experience in the US market is a plus.
  3. Leadership & People Development : Strong people management skills, with experience in talent development and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  4. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Proactive and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  5. Contract & Negotiation Skills : Extensive experience in international sales and service contracts.
  6. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency preferred.
