Senior Customer Service Engineer

This role involves the service and repair of products returned by customers for repair, reconfiguration, updates, fault finding, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future failures.

  1. Customer Service and Support: Providing feedback on returns analysis and improvement plans.
  2. Complaint Processing and Documentation: Fault finding and analysis of return data to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  3. Testing and configuring replacement generators and components.
  4. Assembly and configuration of systems.
  5. Processing returns and contaminated products.
  6. Support with Repairs and Maintenance: Providing technical support and training to customers and sales partners (service technicians).
  7. Provision and Configuration of Spare Parts: Documenting service activities and adapting product creation files (DHR).
  8. Deciding on the use or sping of customer returns (generators, circuit boards, components).
  9. Ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies and other regulations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Proven significant experience in a similar position, with knowledge of high voltage test methods.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments and external customers or suppliers.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date components and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
  • Good team player with the ability to work across all levels within the company.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
