Product Owner (m/f/x)
The position:
Collaborate with experts across Europe and globally to shape our data strategies. As a key player, you'll prioritize and manage backlogs to align with business goals and stakeholder needs, fostering collaboration and driving customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder management. You will work closely with diverse teams to deliver results that meet business requirements and represent our Data Excellence Team in cross-departmental projects, ensuring organizational alignment.
You will collaborate with data and solution architects, business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders across Europe and internationally.
You will define, prioritize, and manage the backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Your focus will be on fostering successful collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that results meet business requirements and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will represent the Data Excellence Team in cross-departmental projects, serving as a liaison between different teams to ensure alignment and coherence.
Professional experience & education:
Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) and have 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
You have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a data-driven environment.
You possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum practices.
You have expertise in Data Platform design, development, rollout, and operation across diverse geographies for leveraging customer data.
You are proficient in stakeholder communication within matrixed organizations, demonstrating negotiation and influencing skills.
You have a proven track record as an Agile Product Owner, driving iterative development cycles.
You have comprehensive experience in end-to-end product management, including requirement definition and backlog management.
You understand data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance in customer data handling.
You possess strong stakeholder management skills, fostering communication and alignment with organizational goals, and are analytical, proactive, and open-minded.
