Qualifikationen

• Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Finanzberichterstattung.
• Erfahrung im Mode- oder E-Commerce-Bereich ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für Buchungen und Verifizierung von Geschäftstransaktionen.
• Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.

We are looking for a Team Player in part-time, max 30 hours/week.

ARE YOU FOND OF…

• ACCOUNTING? You are responsible for booking, recording, and verifying business transactions as well as for account reconciliation of assets, receivables, and payables.
• AUDITS? You prepare our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and support the preparations for audits.
• REPORTINGS? You prepare tax and statistical reports and ensure timely processing. Additionally, you assist in creating business evaluations and reports.
• OPTIMIZATION? You convince us with your passion for our brands and your ideas to continuously improve our financial accounting processes.

AND IF YOU ALSO…

• have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• at least two years of professional experience in the above area, preferably in fashion or e-commerce
• experience with ERP systems, ideally reybex
• proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
• excellent organizational skills
• attention to detail and strong communication skills
• a high sense of responsibility and reliability
• team spirit and humor
