What you can look forward to

• Working with large and complex data sets on fascinating projects, gaining in-depth insights and involvement in our daily business
• Learning about the facets of life and health reinsurance, including processes, our global network, and reinsurance concepts and solutions
• Participating actively in various specialist units, including direct customer contact and supporting service teams, involving data analysis, pricing, and quotations
• Spending several months abroad at one of our international locations
• Attending trainee events and building a Group-wide network
• Engaging in additional exciting projects and tasks

What you come equipped with

• A degree in mathematics, physics, data science, economics, or a related field
• Knowledge of a programming language such as R, Julia, or Python is a plus
• Familiarity with data science methods is desirable
• Internship or student work experience is welcome
• International experience, like studying abroad or work & travel programs, is a plus
• Proficient in English; basic knowledge of German or willingness to learn it
