We are seeking a passionate and skilled Consultant to join our team in Osnabrück, specializing in E-Mobility Industrialization. In this role, you will:

1. Assist clients in industrializing their innovative technologies, such as battery cells and systems, fuel cells, electrolyzers, and power electronics.
2. Create value for clients from initial product ideas through production planning to ramping up serial production.
3. Address current challenges in electromobility and the automotive industry collaboratively with clients.
4. Work on strategic topics like feasibility analyses and market entry strategies, as well as operationalizing these goals.
5. Be passionate about electromobility and innovative manufacturing technologies, including Li-ion batteries and raw materials.
6. Hold a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, software development, or a related technical field.
7. Be fluent in English and German.
8. Enjoy working with innovative technologies and be a team player who can also work independently.
9. Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Be willing to travel.
11. Demonstrate a precise, independent, and structured working style with quick comprehension.
