As a Senior Customer Analyst (all genders), you will bridge business needs and customer data capabilities, collaborating with data scientists and specialists to enable advanced analytics. Your role involves identifying valuable customer segments and defining requirements for our Customer Data Platform, with a focus on enhancing loyalty initiatives through data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer behavior across digital platforms to identify segments and personalization opportunities.
• Provide insights to stakeholders to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to segmentation, personalization, and loyalty programs.
• Document and validate data requirements for CDP and Data Lake, ensuring relevant data capture.
• Create and maintain dashboards for customer insights accessible to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to translate business needs into data solutions and ensure data quality.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in customer data analysis, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with data platforms like Treasure Data CDP, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI.
• Experience with loyalty program analytics and member behavior analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with experimentation analysis, including A/B testing, especially in personalization contexts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
• Proven ability to deliver actionable insights from customer data.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and understanding basic modeling concepts.
• Background in building and maintaining automated reporting solutions.
