For our Werke division, at our location in Pasewalk, we are looking for a First Line Manager Production PU (m/f/x).

Your Tasks

• Disciplinary and technical management of a PU production sub-area at the site, overseeing approximately 100 employees, including shift supervisors and team leaders.
• Ensuring the performance of your production area, meeting specified quantity and quality standards.
• Monitoring, optimizing, and further developing key performance indicators and standards.
• Developing, monitoring, and improving processes across shifts, focusing on effectiveness, productivity, costs, and on-time delivery, in collaboration with support functions.
• Initiating, planning, and managing lean projects.
• Implementing best practices and lessons learned in the production process.
• Managing personnel budgets, including needs-based deployment and target/actual comparisons.
• Recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with HR and leasing companies.
• Strategic development and qualification of shift managers and production staff.
• Standardizing and developing store floor management on production lines.
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating product concepts and material tests.
• Controlling material stocks within the production area.
• Maintaining and developing area-specific master data in ERP and bonus systems.
• Representing the FLMs and the Head of Production.

Your Profile

• Completed technical studies in production, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Technical training with further qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or technical business administrator.
• Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in a production environment.
• Experience in the footwear industry, with PU footwear production being an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (preferably SAP WM/MM).
• Strong numerical understanding, process and project management skills, entrepreneurial and cross-divisional thinking.
• Proven knowledge of lean methods.
• High quality awareness, goal-oriented, independent, and proactive.
• Experience in building resilient teams and fostering a positive work environment.
