Qualifikationen

Senior Design Project Manager (all genders)

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for design, process optimization, and innovation? Join our Brand Department's Design Excellence & Innovation team as a Senior Design Project Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our design operations, tools, and collaboration processes.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead and optimize design-related processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
2. Research, assess, and support decision making for design and project management software/tools in collaboration with key stakeholders.
3. Manage the end-to-end process of developing and rolling out design guidelines via web-based tools, including stakeholder coordination, content structuring, and timeline management.
4. Facilitate inter-team communication by organizing design reviews, stakeholder feedback sessions, and internal newsletters on design developments.
5. Support the development of a comprehensive design testing strategy and reporting framework.
6. Act as a facilitator and coach, driving team efficiency through workshops, structured communication, and stakeholder engagement.
7. Analyze and optimize collaboration flows and dependencies within the design process, ensuring seamless execution.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management related to design, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment.
2. Extensive experience in managing creative/design projects with multiple stakeholders, including process optimization and implementation of project management tools.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to simplify, optimize, and redefine complex workflows.
4. Proficiency in design and project management software.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across various teams.
6. Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, time management, and decision-making in complex environments.
7. Willingness to travel and engage in personal interactions with teams and stakeholders.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
9. Successfully completed education in a Design field is a strong plus.
10. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and more).
11. Strong knowledge of online and offline design trends, corporate identity, marketing, and multimedia design.
12. Strong understanding of graphic design, including typography, layout techniques, and visual aesthetics, with an eye for detail and design excellence.
