About

We are looking for a highly motivated UI/UX Designer (f/m/d), in a full-time remote position.

alfaview gmbh is a part of the alfa group. As a pioneer in the development of GDPR-compliant video conferencing systems, we are continuously working to improve digital communication. Together with our partners EML and Semanux, we are actively contributing to accessible communication and digital sovereignty in Europe. Role and Responsibilities

• You communicate the user experience by using user flows, wireframes, interface mock-ups, and prototypes.
• You are involved in refining and extending our design system for our GDPR-compliant video conferencing tool.
• You lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all within a user-centred design process.
• Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to develop user-oriented solutions for our video conferencing platform alfaview.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process.
• Experience in handling and working with design systems.
• Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations for platforms such as desktop and mobile (iOS and Android native apps).
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience with crafting usable digital interfaces.
• Interest and ability to work in a fully remote position, as our team is working in a 100% home office setting.
