For decades, freight forwarders have built their teams based primarily on hard skills: training in foreign trade, customs procedures, and prior knowledge of transport systems.
In Germany, it takes up to 3 years to train a new team member through Ausbildung. During this time, many soft skills are often overlooked: specific knowledge is gained, but the fundamentals of providing excellent customer service may be neglected.
At Exikhan / Logic Labs, we are developing a platform that connects a highly functional TMS with the global market of remote, customer service-oriented workers. We believe that anyone, regardless of background but with the right soft skills, can work as a forwarding agent and benefit from an international and flexible work environment.
Our goal is to reduce training time to a few weeks without compromising effectiveness and operational control.
