You will have the opportunity to build and establish processes, support quarterly and annual sales planning, and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you bring

  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth startups, or public tech companies.
  • Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of sales planning processes, including territory management and quota construction.
  • Relevant experience and a solid understanding of go-to-market design, sales planning, and sales compensation analytics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners at all levels.
  • Self-starter mentality, thriving in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise with Salesforce.
  • Experience collaborating with VP-level leaders.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage processes for quarterly quotas.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on goal-setting, territory management, headcount planning, and ad hoc requests.
  • Define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to optimize sales productivity.
  • Provide analysis and support to sales stakeholders.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally, paying above local rates to support global talent hiring. The salary range for this position is $40,887 - $93,373 USD, depending on location, experience, and skills.
