A leading telecommunications company seeks a Global Process Lead CTC to standardize credit to collections processes across markets. The role involves driving efficiency, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing a harmonized process framework. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and finance expertise, along with excellent communication skills.
ID: 262523
Location: Any Vodafone Location
The Global Process Lead CTC (GPL) is responsible for setting the vision and design of the Group-wide Credit to Collections process across all markets and relevant central Group entities to achieve cost to serve and working capital improvement targets.
Historically, collections have been managed locally due to tooling, regulatory, and operational considerations. There are mixed ownership models between Customer Operations/CARE, Finance Operations, Finance, Commercial, and IT.
There is a renewed opportunity to standardise the CTC process to improve cash flow, accelerate B2B growth, and support the Cashflow Transformation. The GPL will work with the Cashflow Transformation Head to deliver working capital targets.
Within the GPO function, the GPL will drive efficiency, process improvement, and transformation, developing and gradually adopting a standard process model differentiated for B2B and B2C, ensuring harmonisation across Vodafone.
The GPL will support the SAP Rise programme to implement a standard collections system and a revised Core Business Model for CTC.
Driving operational excellence and learning from best practices, the GPL will monitor policy and process compliance within the GPO team in VSOL. Leadership and a culture of continuous improvement are key success factors.
