The Learning Tech & Process Optimization is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert to assist the Learning organization in streamlining the technical learning landscape, translating the organization’s business needs into IT requirements and realizing the full value of our HCM solution.

What you'll do:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert, you will collaborate with learning leaders and colleagues from Learning Business Partners, Learning Portfolio Management, Learning Content & Delivery teams to evaluate technology requirements and determine how SAP SuccessFactors Learning can effectively support the organization's business strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, defining deliverables, and offering expert guidance on the learning business requirements. In addition, you will:

1. Work alongside the SAP SuccessFactors product team to identify improvements from the roadmap and prepare the environment to adopt them.
2. Work closely with Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) to review, test and roll out new releases, features and configuration changes of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning functionality.
3. Work closely with Learning Operations teams to configure the Learning module, including learning items, catalogs, programs, curriculums, and assignment profiles.
4. Help review and update role-based permissions and workflows.

What you bring:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert, you will work and align with many learning stakeholders around technology requirements, therefore, you should be fluent in written and spoken English, have solid organizational skills and have an ability to prepare, maintain and present recommendations to the Learning Leadership team.
In addition, you’ll bring:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
2. Proficiency in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) module.
3. Knowledge of Learning Items, Classes, Online Content, and other learning entities.
4. Knowledge of Learning Activities, Curriculums, Programs, and Content Management.
5. Knowledge of assignment profiles, and role-based permissions.
6. Knowledge of OCN Integration with 3rd Party LMS.
7. Understanding of core SAP SuccessFactors functionalities, such as Employee Central, Learning, Growth Portfolio and integration with other modules.

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System is preferred.
• Experience with implementation & enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
• Hands-on experience: Integration with other modules (e.g. EC), RBPs, APIs, Report Center, Plateau Report Designer.
