The Learning Tech & Process Optimization is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert to assist the Learning organization in streamlining the technical learning landscape, translating the organization’s business needs into IT requirements and realizing the full value of our HCM solution.
What you'll do:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert, you will collaborate with learning leaders and colleagues from Learning Business Partners, Learning Portfolio Management, Learning Content & Delivery teams to evaluate technology requirements and determine how SAP SuccessFactors Learning can effectively support the organization's business strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, defining deliverables, and offering expert guidance on the learning business requirements. In addition, you will:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Services Expert, you will work and align with many learning stakeholders around technology requirements, therefore, you should be fluent in written and spoken English, have solid organizational skills and have an ability to prepare, maintain and present recommendations to the Learning Leadership team.
In addition, you’ll bring:
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System is preferred.
• Experience with implementation & enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
• Hands-on experience: Integration with other modules (e.g. EC), RBPs, APIs, Report Center, Plateau Report Designer.
