POSITION

We are looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive DACH - Lodging as a Service (all genders) who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. The role is pivotal in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding quotas. The position is based in Germany.

CHALLENGE
  • Target, approach, and acquire new high-value customers by understanding their strategic requirements.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of travel solutions and adopt a consultative sales approach to support customers’ internal strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities follow best practices by collaborating across departments.
  • Stay informed about market and competitor activity and customer insights.
  • Manage the CRM diligently to ensure accurate and current customer data for reporting and analytics.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers and their subsidiaries, supported by operational teams and solution experts.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of HRS Lodging as a Service (LaaS) and operate as an entrepreneurial figure within HRS.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A university degree, preferably in business administration.
  • Experience in consultative sales or business development within SaaS, Professional Services, or startups (industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Comfort in high-performance, fast-changing environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, forward-thinking, and assertive in managing customer expectations and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Data analysis skills with strategic initiative development for customer success.
  • Proven consultative sales skills and a strong track record.
  • Good business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and identify market trends.
  • Drive for continuous improvement, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
  • Empathy, integrity, resilience, and tact in stakeholder interactions.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
