Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in collaboration with technical teams
  • Identify and integrate data sources for central customer profiling
  • Analyze customer data and design personalization use cases across marketing channels based on target groups and segments
  • Assist clients in GDPR compliance and overarching data governance for marketing personalization
  • Lead discussions with clients on customer data management, 360° customer view, and personalized experiences
Qualifications
  • Degree in media informatics, business informatics, digital media, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in requirements management and solution development in data-driven marketing and journey orchestration (focus on Adobe Experience Platform)
  • Experience with digital analytics projects using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Experience with audience management and CDP projects using Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium CDP, or similar tools
  • Good understanding of data privacy, GDPR, and consent management
  • Fluent German and English skills, mobility for client projects
