• Java backend development: mapping of the sometimes very complex logistics processes of our shipping customers in technical concepts for connecting their in-house systems to our platforms.
• With your technological and Transporeon-specific knowledge, you will check customer requirements and advise our Professional Services team on implementation possibilities of the business logic.
• Design, implement, and update customer-specific features independently. Manage and prioritize support tickets.
• Participate in the installation and operation of customer interfaces on our test and production systems. Be responsible for technical 3rd level support for our interface platform.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices. Share knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Suggest improvements for customer and internal processes.
