AREA SALES MANAGER (m / f / d) INTERMOUNTAIN SOUTH USA

Your responsibilities :

• Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities in the assigned area
• Establish the LEMKEN brand in the area and build up the business
• Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
• Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
• Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
• Being responsible for budget and forecast planning as well as inventory management for your area
• Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D

Your skills and qualifications :

• Bachelors’ degree or 4+ year related work experience
• Several years of experience in a sales position in agricultural engineering or in another sector of the agricultural business
• Good technical understanding as well as a high level of communication and inter-cultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a team
• Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology
• Being ready to travel intensively
