Job Description

TGS is a Global Procurement team supporting Telefonica Operations in Europe and Latin America, handling global procurement opportunities. We seek a creative and proactive working student eager to gain experience in the procurement industry and learn about network deployments.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Network Procurement Team with negotiation processes: analyzing offers, summarizing scenarios, and interacting with operational units to gather necessary information, including vendor Q&A.
2. Generating information dashboards, deriving insights from data analysis, and automating evaluation processes.
3. Following awarded processes, preparing reports, and creating PowerPoint presentations with relevant information.
4. Managing time effectively to adhere to schedules.
5. Problem solving.

Requirements:

• Medium to advanced MS Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ideally, knowledge of telecommunication networks, experience with data pre-processing techniques, and reporting systems.
