neurocare group AG has developed a best practice mental health platform, empowering clinicians to offer their patients personalized therapy for various psychological or neurological conditions, aiming for better clinical outcomes. The platform integrates methods such as psychotherapy, neuromodulation, sleep hygiene, and medication. It supports clinicians in creating personalized therapy plans to improve self-regulation, resilience, and social skills, while being cost-effective.

The key technology elements are developed in-house, including TMS and EEG devices, a cloud-based software platform, and an online academy for professionals. neurocare's platform is used in clinics across the US, UK, Netherlands, Australia, and in third-party clinics.

We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented System Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and support our team across multiple locations. If you have a strong technical background, proactive mindset, and enjoy working in a collaborative international environment, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain networks, Azure cloud platform, desktop environment, systems, and infrastructure across locations.
2. Provide helpdesk support to management and employees.
3. Handle hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
4. Support networking setup including routers, switches, firewalls with excellent troubleshooting skills.
5. Have deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Auto Pilot, Entra (Azure AD), and desktop hardware.
6. Support systems administration and network technologies; familiarity with Sophos Security and Desktop Central is a plus.
7. Maintain professional communication for inquiries, problems, and requests.
8. Proficient in English and German.
