Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a strategic partner and catalyst for communication topics during proposal and campaign phases, acting as the main contact for sales and project departments.
2. Advise internal departments and leadership, developing tailored communication strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives in line with best practices and corporate identity/design standards.
3. Create and design media-appropriate texts, images, and videos for press, web, print, social media, and develop internal and external communication channels and tools.
4. Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making templates, and manage external service providers.
5. Assist in planning and executing various events.
6. Monitor and evaluate the success of communication measures.

Profile:

1. Successfully completed university studies (preferably in marketing, media, or communication) or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
2. Profound professional experience in marketing and/or communication, preferably in an industrial company.
3. Strong strategic and conceptual skills with proven ability in project and campaign management.
4. Enjoy networking and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and tailor them for target audiences.
5. Demonstrate commitment, take responsibility, and work reliably and goal-oriented.
6. Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
