Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner and catalyst for communication topics during proposal and campaign phases, acting as the main contact for sales and project departments.
- Advise internal departments and leadership, developing tailored communication strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives in line with best practices and corporate identity/design standards.
- Create and design media-appropriate texts, images, and videos for press, web, print, social media, and develop internal and external communication channels and tools.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making templates, and manage external service providers.
- Assist in planning and executing various events.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of communication measures.
Profile:
- Successfully completed university studies (preferably in marketing, media, or communication) or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
- Profound professional experience in marketing and/or communication, preferably in an industrial company.
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills with proven ability in project and campaign management.
- Enjoy networking and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and tailor them for target audiences.
- Demonstrate commitment, take responsibility, and work reliably and goal-oriented.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
